This award recognises companies that excelled in supporting diversity and inclusion and how they foster an environment of authentic respect and trust in the workplace. Workplace diversity may refer to age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, physical conditions, LGBTIQ, culture diversity, etc.

This award sets out to recognise companies that provided a positive and supportive workplace for women, driving and developing practices that ensure women have a fair and positive work experience and opportunity to contribute and develop talent personally and professionally.

The eligible companies will need to have a minimum of 60% of full-time employees that are women and with a minimum of 30% women employees are in the management team/leadership positions.
