Mentor of the Year

This award recognises exceptional leadership, mentorship programme implementation, and personal development. The mentor or coach should have at least one year of mentoring or coaching experience with one or more mentees, at least eight years of leadership experience, an excellent track record of staff engagement and retention, and be an inspiration to both men and women.
