With a demonstrated history of working across statutory boards as well as financial, marketing and advertising industries to deliver against strategic goals, Janice joined Publicis Groupe Greater China in 2012 and has since been a strategic business partner driving talent strategies that meet the business needs in the region and globally.

As Chief Talent Officer, Janice leads all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and development, as well as strategic organisation integration.
