Kevin Zhang

Kevin Zhang is Chief Human Resources Officer, Asia Pacific at Havas Group, one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing services companies with 20,000 employees worldwide. He leads the APAC regional talent initiatives across all key brands of Havas Group. Kevin has also been tasked with developing specific initiatives to attract top talent to the agency while simultaneously creating learning and development programmes to retain talent.
Kevin is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of HR experience in the advertising, media and marketing industry. He spent most of his career in New York. As a senior HR professional, Kevin specialises in talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Kevin is a certified executive coach and holds a master degree in Human Resources, a bachelor degree in Business Management and certification in PHR (Professional Human Resources).
