Having led with conviction and courage through disruption, transformation and change across 15+ years of experience in OD & Talent – the majority working in large, global, dynamic, fast-paced, digitally-led matrixed organisations across industries such as Marketing/Advertising, Publishing, Outsourced Contact Centres, Airlines and Music/Entertainment.

Simon gets a ‘buzz’ from unleashing potential in his roles as Global Talent & OD Director for iProspect and Regional Talent & OD Director for Dentsu Aegis Network where he is driven to work with teams and leaders to enable them to elevate their game, engage them and bringing them together.
