INITIATIVE PHILIPPINES

At Initiative Philippines, we’re all about sharp thinking, big ideas, and a culture that actually fuels careers—not just jobs. Here, leadership backs you up, creativity gets the space to breathe, and ambition is expected. It’s the kind of place where talent thrives, people stick around, and the work speaks for itself. Because when you build a team that’s fearless, fired up, and set on making waves, the wins don’t just follow—they echo.

To make this happen, we invest in people from the ground up. Through our dynamic learning sessions at INI-versity, we ensure our team continuously grows. But it’s not just about professional development—we create an environment where passions thrive, from fitness and food to music and adventure. By championing diverse perspectives and a strong sense of community, we empower our people to bring their best selves to work, knowing they’re valued every step of the way.

EternityX Marketing Technology Limited

At EternityX, we’ve implemented our “Triple Jump” learning program to develop talent who can master both Chinese and global digital ecosystems while leveraging our proprietary technology. The program includes three phases: the “Hop” for new talent (achieving 100% certification completion), the “Step” for executives (with 85% reporting improved leadership), and the “Jump” for global teams (resulting in 60% improved collaboration).

This approach has fostered innovation within our R&D teams while delivering measurable business impacts in service delivery, leadership development, pitch success, and regional collaboration, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge as we bridge Chinese and global digital landscapes.

WE Communications

Learning shouldn’t feel like a chore—and at WE Communications, it doesn’t. That’s why we created Boost, our game-changing L&D programme that makes professional growth exciting, relevant, and actually useful.

Forget dry, theory-heavy training. Boost is all about hands-on learning, peer-led mentorship, and real-world application. Whether it’s interactive workshops, AI-driven tools, or expert-led sessions, we make sure employees don’t just learn—they apply, teach, and grow in ways that matter.

Since January 2024, we’ve run 24 sessions (that’s two a month!), engaging over 1,000 professionals—more than the workforce of some of Singapore’s top agencies. 93% of our team has attended at least one session in six months, and 44% have stepped up as trainers, mentors, or facilitators, proving that learning is truly part of our culture.

And it doesn’t stop with us—Boost also supports clients and industry partners, making learning a driver of innovation. Because at WE, learning never stops.
