And when the industry struggled, Taiwing’s highly motivated team, proprietary new client offerings and commitment to current customers resulted in the agency’s best year yet, with highlights that include healthy growth, 23 new brands that joined the roster, 30% of current customers increased their budgets with the agency, and historic low staff turnover (5%).
