Valerie is the Vice President and Country Manager of FlexM and plays a key role in building the business from the ground up, spanning products, operations, marketing and business development. She is a firm believer in disruptive innovation, from her past experiences of shifting people’s mindset to apply for a job through an online job portal and allowing students to use a single form to apply for multiple scholarships. Now her vision and belief are to foster an inclusive e-payments society by making payments easy to use and accessible to everyone especially the unbanked and low-income individuals.
