We did not know then that these about busting of siloes between professional and personal would be prescient and that through the most part of 2020, bringing all of yourself to work could mean bringing your pet, parents or children or even all of them, along with household chores accompanied by fears, uncertainties and doubts.

And as our physical worlds became smaller and smaller, we ran the risk of people shrinking into their own inner worlds. Being let in a bit into our colleagues homes through the screen was not going to be enough – we had to find that way into our people’s hearts
