Hearts & Science NZ was launched in late 2019, as part of OMG’s global expansion of its third agency network. While many leaders would have been daunted by the task of building an agency from scratch in an established market, Jane saw it as an opportunity to challenge some of the outdated media agency conventions which restricted the overall industry. Over the past 18 months, despite the challenging market conditions due to the global pandemic, Jane has never given up on her vision to create an agency that focused primarily on the true potential in people and processes. The results speak for themselves. Recent industry reporting (RECMA 2020) shows that Hearts & Science has already jumped into the top 10 of the most significant media agencies in market, being ranked 8th out 15 of the major agencies in NZ and ranking 5th in momentum against many long-standing established agencies.
