In Australia our industry is underrepresented when it comes to diversity. To help tackle this, we developed ‘Better for All’ – a multi-year Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy designed to ensure that we are living our mission and delivering tangible impacts. Our DEI approach goes beyond gender equity, and covers 6 dimensions of diversity: First Nations (indigenous), LGBTIQ+, Gender Equity, Disability, Cultural diversity and Generational diversity (age).
