Natalie is one of the few Asian female CCOs overseeing such a vast portion of the planet stretching from Hong Kong to Dubai. Last year, she led Publicis Groupe APAC to its best year in creativity yet. She achieved this by doubling down on the region’s shift away from ‘traditional’ advertising, establishing Le Collective, a group of experimental creative hybrids who consult on futuristic tech projects; launching Creative Talks, a training series that’s future-proofing creative careers and L’avenir, a mentorship program for female creatives. Of 16 markets that Natalie oversees, 11 were awarded at WARC shows (up 58% YOY) across 19 brands (up 57% YOY). Most importantly, the work she champions – transformative business ideas like Resilience Road, Bundy Mixer, The Missing Chapter, Make Time for Me-Time – are raising the bar for the entire industry by prioritizing long-term brand building over one-off, short-term, made-for-awards work.
