Meet Deepali Saini. Founder, CEO of Think Design Collaborative, and Global Chief Experience Design Officer of Havas CX, a leader who made APAC the CX backbone of one of the world’s largest communications networks.

In two decades, she took Think Design, a Havas company, from an India-born studio into a practice that competes and wins across Asia and beyond. Under her leadership, Think Design expanded into Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, became the first Havas India agency to successfully scale in the region, and was appointed the Global Design Centre of Excellence for Havas CX.

Foresight defines her leadership. She built an AI-native practice before clients demanded it, developed leaders from within, and pioneered frameworks the industry and academia now use globally.
