As the first female CEO of AIA Singapore, she has set new industry standards, notably by championing customer-centric innovation such as the AIA+ app – Singapore’s first and only mobile insurer super app to fully integrate healthcare and insurance services – alongside pioneering critical illness and mental health solutions.

Her influence extends beyond AIA as the President of the Life Insurance Association (LIA) Singapore (for the 2nd term), where she champions industry-wide standards and customer-centric efforts. At AIA Singapore, she has also fostered one of the most gender-balanced leadership teams in the industry, with women holding 40% of senior leadership roles, and actively advances Singapore’s national agenda on lifelong learning through strategic partnerships like that with the Singapore Airlines Academy.
